Samsung is globally recognized for its hardware, yet the on-device AI and the 260,000+ employees driving its innovation remain largely behind the scenes. To humanize the brand, the "Inside Samsung" campaign shifted the focus from the devices to the global teamwork and youthful, iterative culture of the engineering leads who bring these technologies to life.

The solution featured a series of vibrant, animated MicroDocs that visualized abstract AI concepts through a creative lens. By spotlighting nine engineering leads across themes like smart appliances and photo software, the campaign successfully positioned Samsung’s innovation as a human-centric achievement driven by collective expertise.
