My role involved leading Edelman Singapore's team of producers and managing all creative productions end to end. This included content 'data first' strategy, pitching, ideation, creative development, stakeholder management, internal creative resourcing, budgeting, digital analytics and vendor relations. In the role, I led multiple award-winning marketing projects for both multinational companies and government clients.
Establishing our in-house content production capabilities from the ground up, I continued to source for new opportunities and led the agency's content production revenue to increase by over 60% since 2019. I was also responsible for implementing new creative production processes by harnessing integration and automation technology. These ideas were adopted by the wider office, and regionally.
